ADDITIONAL TRAINING
In addition to the many aspects of personal defense introduced and taught in Sli Beatha, several other areas of life development and knowledge coincide with martial training. These include firearms training, First Aid/CPR and EMT training, physical fitness and development, a formal study of anatomy and physiology, survival and land navigation (ode to the Boy Scout Handbook), a formal study of Celtic history and culture and more.
